5.  Any party related to the server staff with the appropriate permissions reserve the right to forcibly remove you from the server, temporarily or permanently, with no chance of refund.
6. By donating to Superior Prisons you are not entitled to any physical or virtual goods. You are donating and not purchasing any physical product.
7. All terms and conditions are in effect indefinitely and will be effective even if you are removed from the server or quit the server.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. You may not charge back, stop, or credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive funds of which have already been donated or transferred. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued use of this page, server, and other related services. We also reserve the right to disallow further use of taking away or adding more funds. We reserve the right to take any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back. We highly discourage the usage of forced refunds as we take them very seriously and treat them as a legal case, and we will fight them. All attempted ways of getting a refund will result in a permanent IP ban from our network. A further Legal investigation regarding the refund may take place if necessary. Our team works hard enough already, please do not add to their work load!
